Report "I keep blowing a 10 amp fuse next to fuse puller in fuse compartment on passenger side. Its the electronic parts fuse that energizes the shift release lock, turns on ac and heat, controls all hvac actuators. When I start truck the cluster panel needles bounce before acting normal. I can't figure out the problem. Sometimes the fuse won't blow after I replace it then will after a day. What is blowing the fuse??"
