I Keep getting a j10 display when I try to print on the display

I have switched off the copier switched it back on but the error is still there, that is i keep getting a j10 on the display

A J10 shows up if there is no feed from the upper paper tray. Check the operation of the paper feed clutch for the upper drawer.
