I keep getting "dirty copies" from both the scanner and top-loading portion on my Bizhub 7255. I have tried cleaning the glass but the problem persist. I did notice a pool of ink below the toner door, but this did not happen until quite recent. Please help!

Have a technician come out and clean the paper path and check the drum area, also the fuser the hot part
