I keep my vacuum on the charger all the time and seems like does not work right after all. Stoops after 30seconds of vacuuming. I do not if this is batteries or something else. Please advise. thank you
The problem is probably not the battery pack or charger. I had the same problem and it is in the electronic over current circuit that prevents a possible overheating of the battery pack. My unit will run for 10 - 15 seconds and then shuts off. The over current sensor is reset by moving the power switch to the "OFF" position. If you turn the vacuum back on it will run for a few more seconds before shutting off again. There is a small circuit board in the vacuum that contains the over current protection circuit. It uses an NXP Semiconductor HEF4001BP quad 2-input NOR gate. If you are good at soldering you might try replacing this chip. Otherwise, buy a new vacuum. The problem is not in the thermal circuit breaker located in the handle. I have bypassed the breaker and the problem still occurs.
