I kept the CD changer from my jeep when I traded it. I disconnected the 8 pin plug and removed the unit. But I left the 6 CD's in it........any easy way to eject the CD's???

That depends on whether there is a tray loaded into the cd mechanism. if there is, you will either have to power up the changer or take it apart and remove it manually. if there is no tray going to the cd mechanism, you can use a thin flat object and slide it back and forth on the bottom of the magazine to remove it.
