What make is your pc and what is the sound card make you can do the following for windows xp go to start>right click my computer>click properties>click hardware tab>then click device manager >scroll down until you see the sound driver icon see what make it is right click and hit update my driver or go to manufactuers website to downlaod it hope this helps

Hi there,i went and found the driver for you on the emachines website..just look under category and you will see audio...."realtech"and download that and install it...and your problem is solved here is the link http://www.emachines.com/support/drivers.html
