I need a knew role cutter for my FoodSaver Professional 2. I have gotten by with a cut razor blade inserted. I would rather have new parts. Where can I get a parts list for this machine?

Sorry - seeing this one late. There is a 99 cent solution for this! (But you need to be VERY careful not to slice your hands up.)

Using a screw driver, pop out the razor blade cartridge. You should be able to pry open the razor blade cartridge to expose the actual blade. On my Food Saver, it was just 2 segments off a "snap razor blade knife." Just go to your local hardware store, pickup a cheap snap razor blade, break off 2 segments and then re-assemble.
