Hello, I would like to get an exact replacement so I do not have to waste a card slot. Maybe there is an overseas PNY replacement parts center. Can not find one from PNY tech support, err!

Maybe the card is overheating. Try downloading NTune from the Nvidia website and install it. There will be a program in the package called Nvidia Monitor. Run Nvidia monitor during your game and check what the GPU temperature is. If its really high like 90 - 110 degrees celcius then temperature is your problem. If its not very high like 50 - 80 degrees celcius then try downloading the latest drivers from Nvidia and that may also help your problem.

PNY don't sell fan replacement, that's the best cooling that you can use for this video card.

The fan will not start no matter how hot the board gets.
Not sure about that. I didn't find anything in a quick search I did.
Take a look here and see if you can find anything.
