I need help programming hunt groups. 1.)Ring 2 extensions if no answer then 2.)Ring next 2 extensions if no answer then 3.) Go to voicemail box I assign. I have created two hunt groups with the two pairs of extensions I am using, and cannot figure out how to attach that group to a specific extension

Looks like you need to set your overflows from HG1 to HG2 then to extension xxx.I'd set the delay from 12 to 15 seconds.
Thank you! The former setup was using Answer DNs instead of Hunt Groups. I also didn't realize the **config had 2 passwords: admin and config. The options I needed were only visible when I used the config password.
