This is not a computer but is a CAR nav igation system a car toy we call it. just for cars, so why not post to car electronics when did it last work right, not told or bought used DEAD? not told. I say reset it per the manual at Fujitsu.com get the manual and read it, RTM; if used, it must be unlocked , RTM
