Yes, but what is the firing order on the ignition coil, from firewall to front of the car. Is the port on the ignition coil closest to the firewall 1? Then working towards the front of the car 3-4-2? I'm sure the plugs are 1-2-3-4 if I am facing the front of the car, left to right, correct?Yes, but what is the firing order on the ignition coil, from firewall to front of the car. Wherever the front of the engine is that is number 1 cylinder then 2 - 3 - 4.
The front of the engine is always where the fanbelts and the pulley's are. The firing order is then taken from that and the leads put into order from there.
1 - 3 - 4 - 2 the number 1 HT lead will have a number 1 on the distributor cap or coils.
If they are coils then the order is the following:
1. coil onto cylinder 1
2. coil onto cylinder 3
3. coil onto cylinder 4
4. coil onto cylinder 2
Hope this is clarified for you now.

Hi,
Your ignition coil is a GM brand 12v with ballast and the ignition HT firing order is the following: 1-3-4-2
Hope this helped
Thanks
Jason
