When my daughter opens her Nextar MA933-1W MP3 Player, nothing appears on the screen. If I plug it in the computer to look inside, all the songs are there plus one empty file named RECORD. I presume there should be more files and everything else was erased by error (or something like this). How can I fix that. I downloaded a Driver, but nothing happened. I cannot even see it in my computer!!!! Should I re-install the firmware? and where would I get that firmware?
