I purchased the Knows Your Name Dora cellphone & my daughter has waited for some time to hear it say her name. I now have the proper usb to get my daughters toy to say her name, but I seem to have lost the instructions. I'm aware of the Mattel website, but, oddly enough, I'm unable to download the instuctions. Can anyone tell me the website address & what to do once I'm there?
