Your dryer may vary a bit but these are located on the heating element housing behind your drum.
To remove the drum you will need to remove the entire front panel of the dryer and disconnect the belt.
The drum will either pull straight out or up and then out. There will be some resistance so be careful.
Once you have removed the drum you can easily see all of the thermostats, high limits and fuses connected around the element housing. Test them for continuity with a meter and replace as needed.
