Text messages? The voice mails are on a server, not the device. If you cannot delete the text messages try resetting defaults by doing the following: Press Menu key and scroll to settings (toolbox icon) hit OK button Scroll down to advanced; hit OK button Scroll down to "Reset Defaults" and hit ok Select "Reset Settings" and hit ok VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT SELECT RESET ALL- THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR CONTACTS After selecting Reset Defaults enter security code 000000 and select ok then select yes
You will not lose any data or info stored on the phone. This will simply reset your settings to factory defaults so you will have to reset your wallpaper, ringtones etc...
