Ground it off on the case...any grounding method should work. Unless you are talking about the main connection terminals... then just replace the missing thumb screw with a short screw and an eyelette type connecter.
I've got a 350 watt inverter in the barn... (and a 1000 and 2000 as well as I use em in my van customizations) I'll see what will fit it and get back with ya. Are you in the U.S. ? I can just mail ya one off of mine maybe , should I not beable to determine what the nut size is. The 350 is on my 'jump pack' for use as portable A/C when needed , and is connected via the lighter plug so I don't use the thumb screws anyways.
