well the answer to your question, can you get your sega scope 3d glasses fixed, yes you can come up with something yourself, but most likely as these are quite old, no one no longer does repairs, these are no longer being made, hardly no one has these, most likely no one but a few collectors still have one or two around.
I see a new pair is going for 188 on ebay just 2 available.

could you be a bit more spesific? the arms on the sides snapped off? if they are only plastic, you can use somekind of a glue to put it back together.
if there are wires going in the arms, it may be a bit more difficult to get working again.
