Novicracker, If you can't get an OEM (black-brick) "switch-mode-power-supply" from BALANCE you will be forced to RESEARCH all the information that will be needed to order up a suitable NON-OEM replacement supply. You and only you can LOOK at the rear of your CM2019 to read what the required DC voltage(s) and the current (amps) that is required for the CM2019!!! You will also need to know the type of connector used on the back of monitor and the correct polarity "pinout" so you don't "blow-up" the monitor and new SMPS BRICK! Here are a few places to try: www.jameco.com , www.newark.com , www.digikey.com , www.mouser.com , www.12vadapters.com just to name a few!!! But these companys won't have an EXACT OEM BALANCE power brick. I'm just a little curious as to what happened to the old original Balance black brick???? Did it DIE or just get lost? Good luck guy! I hope this helps a little. Let me know what voltage and current is required by the unit. 12fixlouie on fixya
All you need to know is: - The output voltage (usually 12V) - The rated output current (usually above 5A) - The plug polarity (usually plus on the inside) Then just purchase any replacement AC adapter that has the same voltage, same plug polarity and rated current preferrably more (at least 120%) of the original. That's it. You can buy them online, for example at http://www.12vadapters.com/
