Check the file listing with Explorer and look for an '.exe' file named 'autorun' or 'install' and double-click on that. You should find your optical drive listed on the 'My Computer' screen and you might just try double-clicking on the icon for it; it may open that way too. BTW, I recently read reviews on Printmaster Platinum 2.0 and it is miserable; avoid it. They have changed so much, earlier projects cannot be opened any more. This represents tons of lost work for Printmaster users.
