I need to replace baking element on model JE3842VRV. it appears as though all I need to do is remove power from outlet, unscrew the two screws holding the old heating element in place and replace the new element in then replace the screws holding the element in place. Any other actions needed here?

By the way that you have described it this is right things that i have learned is be careful taking out the screws i have seen them strip out or break and dont tighten them too much once it is snug turn it 1/4 turn more
also clean the area that it connects to really well so it does not short out the new element and Please do not forgett to unplug the oven ok
