I need to replace my cmos battery in a Medion Akoya E7214 Laptop, I have undone all the screws in the base but I am unable to take the Palm rest off to get at it. It is infuriating because I can see it but am unable to change it! The palm rest seems to be held in the centre, and I am afraid of breaking it
