I need to replace the cratridge in the tap handle. I have it disassembled, the instructions on hand. I don't see a set screew holding it in. According to the exploded view, it should pull straight out. It does not budge, though. how do i remove it?

Soak the part in 50/50 soluiton fo white vinegar for a day. It will come out easy or use wd40, spray it around the join.
