I need to replace the left rear seatbelt in my VW Jetta my10, how do I go about it?

My dog chewed the seatbelt, now it needs to be replaced.How do I remove the damaged belt first?

All the jetta rear seats and seat belt parts
look the same sort of set up

fiddly job
back seat section or sections out
have to remove some plastics
to get to the retractable part of the belt ....looks like it is
under or mounted on the rear parcel shelf
undo the floor mount

then re thread and bolt the new seat belt in (pictured)

then replace the seats

Not as much help as I would have liked, I really need to know how to remove the rear seat,and the plastic "bits" step by step,perhaps with photos, more detail required.
