I recommend that you take it to an authorized dealer and get it replaced. The threaders are not inexpensive and you can easily damage a brand new one while trying to install it. Also, if the hook is still present but bent, a technician may be able to straighten it for you. With a new owner, I usually straighten it for the first year while the customer is learning to use it and then replace it at the 1 year anniversary when it is far less likely to get bent again.
