Hi there , not long ago I was having issues with my VS 2420
I wasn't getting any replies to my queries when requesting help through the web site then someone forwarded me the following

The email adress above works indeed, i got a response from nicky next day, however they dont do the T612 models anymore, so couldnt help me..
Pottersteve - I had the same iPod connector problem - Altec no help - haven't been able to find a broken one with good connector board - have you??
