Don't know why this is posted under a Rolex issue or why you would be taking the movement out of this watch. I would suggest taking the back off if you haven't already.
The movement is connected to the crown, so basically if you're going to take out the movement, you're going to end up breaking the watch.
If you're trying to replace the battery, this can be done without removing the movement. I would suggest bringing it to a jeweler. They can replace the battery for ~$10.
