I need to upgrade my pc ram, pulled the ram and infineon is the manufacturer, they no longer make ram so how do I know what other ram I can put in my motherboard, got number from stickers on the motherboard but I am to green to figure out how to cross reference. PLEASE HELP Thanks

Look for labels on the RAM: PC100 or PC133 or DDR266 or DDR333 or DDR400 or PC2100 or PC2700 or PC3200.
Since you cited 'DDR400', you need to purchase 'DDR400' RAM.
Any sales-person in any computer-store can sell you 'DDR400' RAM.
