I only get foam after 4 Shots
The first four shots come out of my machine just fine, but if I try to get more without refilling, water and foam just kinda spurt out of the spouts. I used to be able to get eight just fine. It's a really old model, but I had it totally serviced about a year and a half ago.

The only thing that comes to mind is descaling. To me it seems that most of the boiler room is being lost to minerals, so there is less water in there. Try descaling the machine.
Since that is done, then the next option is the heat on the machine, on some models there is a gauge, make sure it is not going past 1.2 bars. Also you can check the thermostat on the machine, check the breakdown below for a better view of machine. I know it is different from your model, but the concept is the same(La pavoni makes all home lever machines and just stamps a different label on them).
