I opened the kettle lid and dumped the water out after running it several times, unplugged it and left the lid open to cool down. Now the lid won't latch. What do I do now?
It still works if I hold the lid closed while it boils, but that's not what I had in mind. Is there an easy fix or do I need to return it for a replacement??
