I own a Kodak easy share DX7590, and a PNY Optima 4 gig SDHC memory stick. For some reason the memory card will not format to the camera. Hooked it into the dell comp and formatted just fine, any help would be appreciated

I own dx7590--just purchased 4gb san disk memory card and the camera will not format the card--it tells me to insert new memory card.--help-

Never, never, never format a camera card in the computer if you are planning to use it in a camera.
