I paid for an auction over a week ago and have been receiving messages from ebay that the item is unpaid .Ebay is telling me that they have opened an unpaid case against me. Sender did not originally invoice me proper combined shipping charges when second item was won. They sent me a paypal invoice and I paid it

1. If you paid by credit card or bank deposit, send a copy of your bank statement, which will show the payment.
2. If you paid by PayPal, the payment should appear in payment history on your account.
3. If you paid by Western Union, only the seller can mark it as paid and you don't have any power over it.
