I parked the car 30mins later I went out to move it and it sounds as if I've lost all compression, it turns but will not start, its that fast low compression crank. I've removed the valve covers check
2.7 dohc recently had a cooler line pop off and spray the whole engine compartment

There is a chance that the coolant line popping off caused your problem. Start simple and check your starter, if it got flooded that could cause erratic behavior. Also check your coils or anything else electric that could have been flooded by the coolant.
Could be the cause of the coolant line popping off is a serious overheat, which could have warped the head. Sounds expensive to me.
