I plug in my miller 304 cc cv welder, 220 voltage, the numbers flash randomly, wont balance out, wont weld, any solution
Checked current to the machine, I dont know if there are any changes that should be made in the machine to convert from 440 to 220,

What does the voltage window display? If it is reading open circuit voltage then check your leads. You could have a front control board failed if not. You should probably take it to a miller tech to have pre power checks performed.
