Report "I previously had a "Safe Out" error and replaced the entire circuit board. Before replacing all of the plastic housing, it appeared to be working properly. After getting everything back together, it now shows "boot Clr" briefly, followed by "11.0E 12.0" on the console. It will not even allow me to power down the treadmill using the power button.
