I purchased a defective brand new sony ericsson x10.how can i replace it with new unit?the shop where i bought it doesn't want to replace they offer replacement of the board but i only bought it less than 2 months why they cant replace it with the new x10?thanks.hope to hear from you soon

You can go to https://support.sonymobile.com/gb/xperias/#gref and see if its still under warranty and see if Sony will replace it .
If not I would let the shop you bought it from fix it or get your money back and buy one from an authorized Sony dealer.
