Fans circulate air . Unfortunately they use electric power to do this verses convection causing your electric meter to whirl-up watts on your bill.
Suggest replace your unit with a better quality quiet higher SEER number fridge. Since your fridge runs on and off 24/7/365 the savings should eventually pay for the new unit.
