I purchased a Line 6 amp about 3 yrs. ago and has barely been used. I went to use the tuner and it would not work along with the B channel also doesn't work. Could someone give me an answers as to why this happened

I suspect that switch contacts are to blame... often the very weak contacts on jacks that are for inserting effects, for example, get oxides on the contacts that forward the signal from the preamp to the power amp block the signal. The quality of many of the jacks used on these amps is really poor.
