Report "I purchased a Vicks warm steam vaporizer 1.5 gallon about 2 weeks ago. I noticed every time I use it, the water turns brown and there are chunks in the water. I thought it was dust at first, then it kept getting worse. So I took it apart, and the coating on the heating coils is peeling off. Is this normal?
