I purchased a Zeppelin thru marriott points (skymall). I amhaving a commonly reported problem i.e. Speakers aren't working. Who do I send it to for repair?

Hopefully you registerred it, contact b and w service, especially if the red light is flashing, all but most recent models have a known power supply issue.
