Report "I purchased an external hard drive about 8 nonths ago and went to install it on my Vista computer today. The computer found the device and was asked whether I wanted to load my photos. I click yes and to do it with Photoshop Elements 6. Nothing happened and now I cannot get anything when I go to my computer except a bounceback folder. What did I do wrong. All I want to do is back up my photos and perhaps some files. Larry"
