I Purchased CameraMate Real Time Video CM-50000 in April 2007 but I have recently retired and thought I would use the software to convert our daughters wedding video to DVD. I installed the CD which was provided, and connected the VCR to my computer and it came with "Found New Hardware". But it didn't recognise the new hardware. I use Widows XP. Can you help?
