I purchased jasco 98999 for a clarity land line phone. i can hear well with it, but the mic doesn't seem to work. what do i need to do?
The person i'm calling is not hearing me thru the mic altho i can hear them. i have a land line clarity phone for the hard of hearing. i was told by the store clerk this headset would work with my phone, but it only 1/2 works. is there something i'm not doing that i need to do?
