I purchased my software at Sams Club. My computer had crashed due to electrician shut down of the building that I reside. And I lost all my files. My Easy Media Creator Suite 10 program was uploaded. So then as I was uploading all my lost files etc. When it came to uploading my software of my Easy Media Creator Suite 10, they were asking the seriel number. But the seriel number is not the right one. Please help me. Paulette

Do you have any of the information about your computer still? Did you file them away? It would have your correct serial number on them.
