I purchased the downloadable version of The Sims 2 Double deluxe it lets me start the download but it won't continue on to installing it, it tells me to insert disc 1, but i have no disc, i purchased the digital version

If you know where it has been saved on the HDD then specify that folder when it asks for the disk.
If you cant do that then burn it on the CD.
If it still does not work then ask the site through Contact Us where you bought it from.
Did you download and save the download? IF so when it says to insert the disk, there should be a browse button and you select the location that you downloaded to. If it doesnt work that way, what was the name of the file that you downloaded?
