Report "I push the button marked (normal) and the green led lights as well as a timer on the door but nothing else happens, after 5 or 10 seconds they go off. The unit is has never been started before it is new. I have the water line connected to my hot water line for my kitchen sink and it works fine. I installed the unit myself, however it was installed everal months ago and never started"
