I put gas with ethanol in it had trouble so i drained the gas and put in an additive, it ran ok for a while now it will turn over but will not start it seems to not get gas, the gas fillter was also replaced
I doubt it had anything to do with you putting ethanol in the tank. First thing you should do is pull the spark plug and see what it looks like. If it is dry and light grey/tan color, then you are not getting gas. Check to see if the petcock is plugged by taking the supply hose that goes from the tank to the carburator and open the petcock to make sure you have good flow. If the spark plug is wet and smells like gas, then you have a spark issue. I would look that over and report back what you find.
