I put my vgacard AGP ATIx1650 to my mobo.. When I installed the driver, the computer was restart. I retry installed but the computer was restart again. Whats the problem? Btw, I used ATI catalyst new update

You have a defective vga card. This happens mostly to a faulty device. Return the card from where you bought it and consider buying a new one.
