I really have two questons. the first is that the light of the panel on my stereo is always on. whats that from? the other is that i have a sound system in my car. i know its the head unit. when ever my car is on my subwoofers pop, but it doesn't pop when just the power is on. whats causin this to happen?

Hi There. This may be line noise.
Check that your head unit and amplifiers etc are all earthed to the same earth. ie: If connected to the battery earth then connect all earths to battery, or if connected to body earth then connect all to body earth.
Another thing is to check that your RCA Cable or interconnects are not running with your power wires. This can induce line noise.
If all is correct then get yourself a noise suppressor or a ground loop isolator.
