Report "I received a message that Norton utilities had detected "mouclass.sys_backup" virus on my Everex RX2800 and indicated a manual removal, I put the file in the recycle bin and deleted it and upon reboot the computer freezes upon boot right after the everex logo screen. f8 and f10 dont seem to work but I can press delete to get into bios though i dont know where to go from there.
