I recently bought a Toyota Noah x and the card just overheat , I don't have a temperature gauge, there is only I temperature light which is either red or blue
I check the water level before i start the car and the card just starts overheating after driving +- 20 km,

No information generic answer are fans working are you blowing steam out exhaust when checking water level is it low is water pump or belt working
You have a bad water pump if it is full of water and the belts is tight.
